Manage primary sales in the assigned RBU, as per monthly/annual target.2. Achieve target volumes of each AVK/ARD/RED in RBU with innovation3. Manage working of RBE, enhance their knowledge, product training & skill development4. Maintain network of Apollo Tyre Sarpanch & Sub Dealer attached to each AVK/ARD5. Dissemination of information to AVK/ARD/RED/ATS/SD regarding trade promotions / offers or any communication from Apollo6. Maintain Apollo rural branding in all network partner & villages7. Organising customer awareness programs & product promotion initiative in consultation with CSE/Product Support team8. Generating MIS / data base on the sales trend, schemes etc w.r.t. Apollo & competition9. Market intelligence on competitor activity and market trend in the tyre industry.10. Increase market coverage to appoint new network as per target11. Implementation of POS at AVK/ARD level for all transactions with ATS/SD & Apollo12. Implementation of AQS in AVK/ARD. Customer satisfaction with the support of CS team13. Adherence to all the company guidelines on sales and commercial.14. Business Development and demand generation in the assigned territory15. Ready to travel extensively in rural areas & villagesSkills: Awareness of Sales Processes and Systems Education Qualification(s): MBA/ B E / B Tech
