The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge, strategic vision, and proven leadership skills to drive best practices, innovation, and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the IAM practice in India, overseeing a team of 50+ professionals to deliver robust IAM solutions.Develop strategies aligned with organizational security policies and business objectives to ensure compliance and governance.Provide hands-on leadership in the design, implementation, and support of IAM solutions using Ping Identity, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Microsoft IAM suite, Directory Services, and related technologies.Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives in IAM processes, automation, and tooling.Manage resource planning, budgeting, and performance evaluation within the IAM practice to ensure high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.Stay current with emerging IAM technologies and trends to maintain market competitiveness.Qualifications & Experience15+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management with strong hands-on expertise.Proven experience with major IAM tools and platforms, including authentication, SSO, MIM, and identity lifecycle management.Demonstrated ability to lead large teams (50+ members) and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.Deep understanding of access governance, privileged access management, and compliance requirements impacting IAM.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills to drive best practices and innovation.
