Job OverviewThe role of Delivery Executive Manager encompasses strategic leadership and operational execution within the context of Smart Factory programs.Program Delivery: Lead large-scale initiatives across multiple sites, focusing on MES/MOM, Industry 4.0, Smart Factory, and IIOT/Manufacturing Data Platform projects.Client Engagement: Act as a key interface for geography and clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, resource allocation, cost expectations, and quality standards.Solution Development and Pre-Sales Support: Oversee proposed solution design and provide pre-sales assistance to grow the Smart Factory Centre of Excellence (CoE).Team Leadership: Manage cross-functional teams comprising solution architects, domain consultants, and delivery managers.Governance and Risk Management: Establish frameworks for delivery governance, manage escalations, and implement risk mitigation strategies.Innovation and Best Practices: Promote the adoption of AI/ML, Gen AI, and other digital innovations to future-proof operations.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:Strong Program Management Skills, with experience in leading complex initiatives.Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving Capabilities, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.Knowledge of Industry Trends and Emerging Technologies, particularly in the areas of Industry 4.0 and Smart Factory implementation.BenefitsThis position offers a range of benefits, including:Career Growth Opportunities, with the potential for professional development and advancement.Diverse Work Environment, with opportunities to work on various projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Competitive Compensation and Benefits Package, designed to attract and retain top talent.
