Job Title: Technical Engineering LeadAbout This Role:This is a challenging and rewarding leadership opportunity for an experienced technical professional to lead our ServiceNow engineering team.Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team of engineers with expertise in ServiceNow. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align platform capabilities with business requirements. Establish and enforce development standards, code reviews, and release management best practices. Evaluate and improve platform performance, scalability, and security through strategic governance initiatives. Navigate organizational, technical, and political domains, demonstrating strong understanding of stakeholder dynamics and strategic priorities. Serve as the voice of the team, communicating its purpose and value to build trust and alignment with stakeholders. Develop and implement strategies to address emerging challenges and opportunities. Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, risks, and potential benefits.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.- At least 7 years of experience in ITSM, with at least 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow expertise.- Proven experience in leadership or managerial roles.- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps principles.- Familiarity with ITIL framework and ITSM best practices.- Experience with CMDB design and discovery tools.Competencies:- Demonstrates integrity, kindness, and respect in all interactions.- Shows a willingness to learn, grow, and adapt to changing circumstances.- Fosters inclusive, collaborative environments that encourage diverse perspectives and ideas.- Emphasizes teamwork, positivity, and a growth mindset.Skills Required: ServiceNow ITSM, ITBM, ITOM or any other Module Frontend technologies - AngularJS Experience with Agile methodologies At least 2+ years of experience in team handling or management Familiarity with CMDB design and discovery tools.
