Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Post-Close Analyst. The ideal candidate will have experience in reviewing US mortgage documents and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and updating construction documents, maintaining and updating construction budget details, and assigning inspection orders to nearby inspectors. They will also be required to communicate effectively with lenders, contractors, and field inspectors via calls and emails to obtain missing or required documentation.In addition, the Post-Close Analyst will be responsible for coordinating with stakeholders through email and phone communication to ensure order fulfillment, scheduling and managing site inspections with field inspectors across the United States, and notifying clients about order status updates via emails and chat messages.QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:Excellent attention to detail in reviewing documentation and identifying gaps.Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, contractors, and inspectors.Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Must have experience in US mortgage documents review process.BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package, including:Base salary - 3.5 lpa + 6k NSA + incentives (10-15k)401k plans with company matchingComprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plansTax-free Flexible Spending AccountLife insurance, short-term, and long-term disabilityPaid holidays, plus 19 days of accrued PTO for a total of 28 paid days off per yearOthersWe value diversity and are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
