Job OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Business Consultant. This role will involve collaborating with solution architects, delivery teams, and leaders to design industry-aligned solutions for global utility clients.The ideal candidate will have deep experience in power, water, or gas utilities, and a strong background in enabling or delivering digital transformation initiatives. Presales experience is a plus but not mandatory.Key Responsibilities:Domain & Solution AdvisoryConsulting Engagement ExecutionPersales & Pursuit Support (Desirable)Essential Qualifications:At least 12 years of total experience, including 8+ years as a Business Analyst or Senior Consultant in Energy & Utilities (Power / Water / Gas / Waste).A Master's degree from a reputable institution.Ability to abstract client problems and articulate solution options clearly for both business and technical stakeholders.Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall models, and functional documentation.Familiarity with utility enterprise platforms such as CIS, OMS, MDM, AMI, WMS, GIS, CRM/CX systems.Experience working with global teams and international utility clients.Excellent communication skills—especially in writing, structuring, and presenting client-facing content.Additional Requirements:Deep knowledge of the utility industry.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
