Sr Technical LeadServing as a strategic Sr Technical Lead, we are seeking an accomplished professional to spearhead the design and implementation of cutting-edge HR Service Delivery applications within our platform.Key Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive project plans for deploying the HR Service Delivery product, defining key milestones and high-level architectureDrive HRSD Solutioning by designing and bringing state-of-the-art solutions in the HRSD ProductOffer expertise on Best Practices for ServiceNow to both business and technical teamsLead enhancement phases to deliver advanced features in ServiceNowEstablish and validate user journeys and create user stories to support the design and configuration of the Employee Service Portal, Knowledge Management, and Case Management capabilitiesLead discovery, design, build, test, and deployment activitiesLeverage ServiceNow HRSD experience to identify requirement gaps and mitigate technical debt accordinglyCollaborate with stakeholders through requirements gathering and sprint design sessions for the ServiceNow HRSD applicationsRequirements:Minimum 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSDStrong oral & written communication skills, strong interpersonal and leadership skills & ability to influence others and lead small teamsCertified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA)At least 3+ years of experience in Human Resources and Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in HR Technology
