Goyal Kitchen Equipments (India) is one of the largest manufactures of Commercial Kitchen, Refrigeration, and Bakery Equipment in India. We specialize in providing total solutions, including consultancy, designing, layout plans, and individual products for various industries.


Role Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

1) Must be proficient in Tally. 

2) Provide financial information to the company and prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. 

3) Substantiate financial transaction by auditing documents. 

4) Guide accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions. 

5) Settle financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. 

6) Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential. 

7) Maintain financial security

8) Ensure the company is compliant with all tax regulations

9) Execute tally clerical functions to the accounts and sales departments.

10)Check, verify and tally the correctness of merchandize as against invoice documents.

11)Verify and tally payments received from customers.

12)Tally and reconcile bank deposits and bank payments with books and bank records


We are seeking a highly motivated candidate for full time exposure in Taxation and compliances particularly income tax act gst, Internal audit etc for client works place i.e Goyal Kitchen Equipments & Ankur Traders & manufacturer.


1.Eligibility CA Student-Preferable if both group cleared

2.Must have Proven experience in Tally, Accounting GST, TDS

3. Stipened 12k to 21k as per experience plus other allowance


Stipened : As per Insustry standard and icai norms.

Qualifications

Analytical skills and strong attention to detail

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to effectively manage accounts and build strong relationships with clients

Experience in providing customer support and resolving issues


Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include:


Knowledge of GST TDS INCOME TAX Etc

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Salary 15k to 35k per month depend on experience

Must have tally Prime Proficiency

Manufacturing company experience mandatory

CA inter preference, Bcom

Location: kursi road Barabanki near coca cola factory, Behta, Anwari, bakshi ka talab, mehmudabad, Deva, Itaunja, Madina, Fatehpur etc

No of Position : 04(2- experience, 2 Fresher)

Note: Candidates are not eligible if they dont have prior tally knowledge.
