Full Stack Developer Opportunity

Job Title: Frontend DeveloperWe are seeking a skilled and experienced frontend developer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves building beautiful, performant user experiences and can work across modern frontend tools.About the RoleBecome part of our fast-growing, venture-backed health technology startup.Contribute to the development of AI-driven products for revenue cycle management.Build foundational pieces of a high-traction Silicon Valley health-tech platform.Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for:Building and maintaining responsive, accessible and highly performant user interfaces using React and Next.js.Translating design concepts into pixel-perfect, production-ready frontend experiences.Implementing complex data visualizations and interactive dashboards for healthcare analytics.Creating smooth, performant animations, transitions and micro-interactions using GSAP.Collaborating closely with backend engineers to design, consume and integrate RESTful APIs.Working with Google Cloud Platform services such as Cloud Run, Cloud Storage and related tooling.Using and improving frontend tooling including Vite, Webpack and modern build systems.Implementing and maintaining state management solutions such as Redux or Context API.Applying strong TypeScript practices, type safety principles and modern JavaScript techniques.Optimizing performance, loading times and frontend architecture.Writing maintainable, well-documented and thoroughly tested code using Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright and related tools.Participating in code reviews and guiding discussions on frontend architecture and best practices.Contributing to UI/UX improvements, design discussions and component-level decisions.Troubleshooting, debugging and resolving complex frontend issues in a fast-paced environment.RequirementsThe ideal candidate should have:At least 3 years of professional frontend development experience.A proven track record of building and shipping production-grade web applications.Expert-level proficiency in React and Next.js.Strong TypeScript and modern JavaScript skills with deep understanding of type safety.Proficiency with GSAP for building smooth, performant animations.Strong UI/UX sensibility and experience translating designs into responsive interfaces.Solid understanding of backend systems, RESTful APIs and cross-team collaboration.Experience with Google Cloud Platform, especially Cloud Run or Cloud Storage.Proficiency with tooling such as Vite, Webpack or similar build systems.Experience with state management (Redux, Context API or equivalent).Strong knowledge of responsive design and CSS-in-JS frameworks.Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative workflows.Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.Experience with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library or Playwright.Preferred SkillsThe following skills are great to have:Data Structures and Algorithms proficiency.Google Cloud Platform certifications.Experience with healthcare or fintech applications.Familiarity with WebSockets or real-time communication patterns.Experience with design systems, component libraries or UI frameworks.Knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.Familiarity with monitoring tools and analytics for frontend performance.What We OfferWe offer a remote-first culture with flexibility and trust, ownership of key features and autonomy in technical decisions, and the opportunity to build foundational pieces of a high-traction Silicon Valley health-tech platform.
