Motion Graphics Designer

Location: Bangalore (On-Site)


Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Motion Graphics Designer to join a leading brand in the luxury real estate sector. This role involves developing visually compelling static and animated content that aligns with the brand’s ethos, enhancing engagement and communication across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in graphic design and motion graphics, focusing on creating high-quality, dynamic content.


Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design

  • Design high-quality visual assets for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Create promotional print materials such as brochures, banners, and flyers that reflect the brand’s luxury image and values.
  • Maintain brand consistency by ensuring adherence to established guidelines across all visual outputs.


Motion Graphics

  • Conceptualize and animate motion graphics for promotional videos, social media content, and brand storytelling.
  • Create dynamic visual content that communicates the brand’s message effectively, from initial concept to final execution.
  • Bring static designs to life through animation techniques, creating engaging and immersive experiences.



Brand Alignment

  • Ensure all designs and motion graphics are consistent with the brand’s identity, tone, and core values.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and branding teams to ensure that all content aligns with the company’s strategic goals.

Content Collaboration & Project Management

  • Work closely with the marketing, content, and branding teams to understand project requirements and deliver timely, high-quality outputs.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to upcoming campaigns and projects.


Trend Integration

  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques, applying new approaches to keep the brand’s visual content fresh, relevant, and engaging.
  • Implement innovative design and animation techniques to elevate the quality and impact of digital content.


Skills and CompetenciesTechnical Expertise

  • Design Tools: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Motion Graphics Software: Strong experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other animation software.


Design Acumen

  • Strong understanding of typography, layout design, color theory, and motion design principles.
  • Ability to create visually appealing content that resonates with luxury branding and engages the target audience.


Project Coordination

  • Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Asana, or similar tools for tracking tasks and collaborating effectively.


Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.


Qualifications

  • Experience: 1-3 year of professional experience in graphic design and motion graphics, preferably in luxury branding or real estate marketing.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Portfolio: A comprehensive portfolio showcasing a mix of static and motion design projects, particularly in branding or real estate marketing.
