About the role
NOIB is looking to hire a Social Media Manager based out of the head office in Noida, UP. The role will primarily focus on the following

Social Media
Illustrations and creatives
Creating and managing all social media content across platforms
Working closely with the founders on the social media strategy

Digital Marketing
Development of creatives for ads across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp & Email marketing (Mailchimp, Shopify etc)
Developing newsletters and blogs around launch of new collections and other events including sales
Occassional development of marketing collateral for exhibitions, events including visual branding

Coordination
Working closely with the founders and the PR team on lookbooks, linesheets
Working with the other internal teams including merchandisers, designers to ensure smooth flow of communication
Answering customer queries as and when needed

Website
Graphics for the website
Update and maintain website pages

EXPERIENCE & SKILL SET
Bachelors/master’s degree from a leading institute
1-2 years of experience of working in graphic design/social media with a strong portfolio showcasing range of work from concept to completion
Expertise in Software/ design tools including Photoshop, Indesign, llustrator, Canva and video editing tools such as Inshot & Premiere Pro
Should be fluent in English and possess good communication & collaboration skills
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced and flexible environment, with an easy and fun outlook on projects.
