SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Lead

Talent Management ExpertiseWe are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation of Succession & Development Planning solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and at least 7 years of experience in implementing full end-to-end SCDP projects.You will collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize SCDP solutions that support talent management and workforce planning initiatives.Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors SCDP configuration and implementation.Familiarity with Succession & Development Planning, Talent Pools, Career & Development Plans, and Calibration processes.Knowledge of SuccessFactors integration with Employee Central, LMS, and Performance & Goals.Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skillsKey ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end SCDP implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.Configure and maintain succession planning, talent pools, career & development plans, and talent review processes within SCDP.Conduct talent reviews, calibration sessions, and provide guidance on identifying successors for critical roles.Integrate SCDP with other SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Learning (LMS).Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights on talent gaps, bench strength, and workforce readiness.Collaborate with HR teams and business users to conduct UAT, training, and knowledge transfer.Provide expertise on best practices, process optimization, and system enhancements.
