Overview As a Payroll Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the payroll process and ensuring accurate and timely compensation for employees. . Payroll Executives work closely with finance, HR, and other departments to guarantee seamless operations and transparency in payroll matters.Key responsibilitiesProcess and administer payroll for employees on a regular basisEnsure accurate calculation of wages, tax withholdings, and deductionsAddress and resolve payroll-related inquiries and issuesCollaborate with HR to update and maintain employee payroll recordsPrepare and submit payroll reports for review and approvalUtilize payroll software SAP to manage payroll processing efficientlyVerify timesheets and attendance records for payroll accuracyHandle Full & Final SettlementCollaborate with finance to reconcile payroll discrepancies and ensure financial accuracyMaintain confidentiality and security of payroll information Required qualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fieldProven work experience as a payroll coordinator, administrator, or similar roleStrong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and complianceProficiency in using payroll software and MS Office, especially ExcelExcellent mathematical and numerical skills for accurate calculationsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrityWorking knowledge in Zing HRWork Experience in Facility Industry preferred
