Key Responsibilities include managing all aspects of design and creative output. This entails ensuring that design and creative deliverables are aligned to client expectations and executed within stipulated timeframes.Essential responsibilities include:Planning of Layout, Concept Designing of Interior Fit-outs of Commercial & Residential Spaces within defined timelinesManaging a team of Interior Designers and 3D Visualizers to deliver drawings and designs as per client requirements and budgetsUnderstanding Client's requirement, Client Engagement & Handling of Project from start to end, Coordination with internal Procurement Team & Site Execution Team for Smooth Functioning of ProjectSelection of Material Finishes to be used/applied & Approval of same from Client Making of various schedules for a project like furniture, general & decorative light fixtures, carpets, etc.Coordination with Graphic Designers for Creation of Wallpaper Designs & other Graphic Design Elements as per Client's requirement & feedback Knowledge of Working Drawings/Technical Drawings & Co-ordination of same at site for executionRequired Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:4+ years in designing corporate & residential spaces. Knowledge about interior elements and building structureStrong Design sense Well versed with design codes followed in the different states of USA Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise to meet daily, weekly, and long-term requirements and goalsTrack record of delivering outstanding high quality design, leading teams on high profile projectsExcellent interpersonal skills. Strong, persuasive communicator with excellent verbal presentation skills and ability to communicate design concepts to clientsProcess oriented, ambitious out-of-the-box approach with an ability to motivate team members Excellent decision making and problem solving skillsComprehensive and extensive knowledge of materials, costing, GFC details Understanding of client engagement Understanding of technical drawingsMulti-tasking abilityExposure to the Following Tools and TechnologiesA strong background in the following tools and technologies is highly desirable:Drafting skills - Proficient in AutocadQuantity Assessment - Proficient in MS ExcelPhotoshop, Sketchup / 3DS-MaxDesign conceptualization writingProject pitch presentationsWe offer a collaborative and dynamic work environment where you can grow and develop your skills.
