Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Testing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and coordination of UAT for credit risk strategies and scorecard integrations. This role involves conducting Decision Integration Testing to validate end-to-end strategy logic, inputs, outputs, and decision outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, execution, and coordination of UAT for credit risk strategies and scorecard integrations.Conduct Decision Integration Testing to validate end-to-end strategy logic, inputs, outputs, and decision outcomes.Perform unit testing of individual credit strategies or rule components to confirm correct implementation of business logic.Use SAS to extract, validate, and analyze test data, comparing results against expected outputs.RequirementsStrong SAS programming skills – data extraction, manipulation, and validation.Proven experience in testing or validating credit risk or decision engine strategies (e.g., application, behavior, or collections strategies).Hands-on experience with UAT management, test planning, and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM).Desirable SkillsHigh proficiency in MS Excel for validation, reconciliation, and reporting.Solid understanding of credit risk management processes and decisioning frameworks (scorecards, rules, cut offs, overrides).Experience in documenting testing results, preparing summary reports, and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
