Job DescriptionLocation: Pan IndiaNotice period: 30 days to 15 daysOur ideal candidate should have at least 15 years of experience in service delivery management for large SAP AMS programs.Key responsibilities:Ensure overall engagement success by meeting budget, customer satisfaction, contractual compliancy and service continuity targets.Act as the single point of contact for AMS services related matters.Provide consolidated reporting to customers and LTIM leadership on services performance.Collaborate with sales delivery management team for add-on sales opportunities.Deliver AMS services at contractual service levels and manage service delivery with all aspects considered.Implement and control agreed procedures and processes for applications in scope.Conform to engagement prioritization and assign resources for service activities.Drive end-to-end problem change release capacity performance management and reporting.Required Skills and QualificationsCandidate must possess the following skills:Strong interpersonal and team spirit skills to deliver better results.Organizational skills to plan and deliver accordingly.Proactive approach to mitigate detect risks.Good relationship building skills to create a network for improving cooperation.Coaching mindset to help team members grow professionally.Culturally open-minded to work with offshore onsite and local teams.Business acumen to support clients perform IT and business operations.Strong communication skills to manage steering committee and daily customer contacts.Understanding of ITIL V4 process and certification is a plus.
