Job Purpose:


This position is responsible to lead the development, implementation and continuous enhancement of strategic compensation and benefits programs that align with organizational goals and ensure market competitiveness.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Compensation Planning: Develop and execute high-level compensation strategies that align with overall business goals, including ensuring market competitiveness through detailed benchmarking.


  • Benefits Program Optimization: Design and continuously optimize benefits programs to enhance employee retention, ensure legal compliance, and reflect changing workforce needs.


  • Advanced Job Evaluation and Analysis: Lead comprehensive job evaluations, role grading, and analysis to ensure equitable and competitive compensation structures across the organization.


  • Incentive Plan Design: Oversee the creation and execution of complex sales and performance incentive plans, including those for collection teams and variable compensation plans.


  • Performance Management: Collaborate with HR leadership to drive performance review processes, including annual merit increases, mid-year reviews, and goal-setting audits.


  • Data Analytics and Reporting: Lead data management efforts, leveraging analytics for informed decision-making on compensation trends and organizational pay equity.


  • Compliance and Legal Expertise: Ensure all compensation and benefits systems adhere to labor laws and statutory compliance, minimizing legal risks for the organization.


Job Requirements:


  • Post Graduate/ MBA
  • Minimum of 8 -12 years of experience in designing and managing compensation and benefits programs, with a focus on strategic planning, market benchmarking, incentive structures, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Expertise in developing comprehensive compensation frameworks that align with business objectives and market trends.
  • Ability to leverage data for insights into compensation trends, pay equity, and employee retention.
  • Proficiency in designing complex sales and performance incentive structures tailored to different employee groups.
  • Deep understanding of labor laws and the ability to ensure all compensation practices adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to think critically and craft long-term compensation strategies that drive business outcomes.
  • Effective in articulating complex compensation concepts to senior leaders and driving stakeholder buy-in.
  • Skilled at leading teams, mentoring staff, and driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong ability to resolve complex compensation challenges with data-driven decisions.
