F To generate new enquiries by sending intro letters to new untapped customers and by following up with the existing customers.F To prepare the quotation and send it to the customer after checking from Asst. Manager/ President – Marketing.F To confirm the receipt of the offer.F To follow up with the customer for the order on the basis of the quotation & NegotiateF To fill up order finalization form after receipt of the order and enter in ERPF To coordinate with the regional sales executives and regional sales representative of the allotted zone.F To maintain the files Hard copy as well as soft copy of the quotations and order confirmations.F To distribute the OC copies to the respective departments.F To follow up with the production and update self with production status of the ordered Equipments.F To follow up with the customers for an inspection, if any and payments (like advance, against Performa, after delivery and after installations).F To clear Equipment for dispatch as well.F To convey the dispatch details to the customer and also the receipt of the material at their end.F To coordinate with the CSC for installation status and for complaints status.F To prepare sales analysis, expected orders, ERP reports on monthly basis giving details of dispatches and pending orders.To participate in Exhibitions.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementProvident FundExpected Start Date: 11/11/2025
