Key Responsibilities:Overseeing Daily Operations:• Lead food partner associates in utilizing the SmartQ ordering application, emphasizing its benefits and convenience.• Drive adoption by assisting with App downloads, training, and supporting those without the App to order and pay through various payment wallets.• Engage regularly with food partners to update menu items, coordinate with the technology team to reflect changes on the App, and ensure timely push notifications and banner displays.• Conduct Cafe LENS and hygiene checklists, perform hourly governance checks on LENS, address issues, and report incidents, accidents, and near misses to the reporting manager.• Foster a positive work culture and ensure timely, high-quality service. Gather feedback from employees and clients at cafeterias regularly.• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for displays, counters, and service areas. Oversee cafeteria counters to adhere to established Operating Standard Procedures.• Inspect work areas during and after use, ensuring proper waste disposal. Maintain Health, Safety, and Environment records, reporting any variances.• Ensure equipment operates according to Equipment Safety Work Procedures and report any downtime to relevant departments.• Work six days a week; travel reimbursements will be provided as per company policy.Requirements:• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to both clients and employees. Strong communication skills in English and the local language, ensuring a positive experience for all with a positive attitude.• Tech-savvy with basic computer knowledge, a passionate learner, and characterized by honesty and integrity.• A team player with leadership skills to manage food partner employees, demonstrating self-motivation to take initiatives.• A graduate with a preference for holding a minimum craft course certification in Hospitality.• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
