Skills required

PMO - Experienced in PMO, Resource Tracking AND Customer Invoicing.

Minimum year required is 6+.

**Key Responsibilities: **

1. To track the Project KT and transition activities of the resources.

2. Onboarding and ramp up of resources based on skills and project needs.

a. Coordination with TechM RMG. Sharing candidate resumes and TechM interview feedback with client for evaluation and approval

b. Facilitating entry to the client for new joiners till client ID is created

c. Documentation for onboarding ( Resume, Relieving/Experience Certificates, Resignation Acceptance email , NDA Form, Police Clearance Certificate(PCC) or PCC Receipt, Vendor Induction Form , TechM Employment Letter , Resume etc.)

d. Coordination with client for entire system set up for new Joiners including access management area(VPN / VDI/PRMS configuration).

e. Maintain Billable Resource List, maintain Daily Attendance.

f. Follow up with clinet to get the resources onboarding.

g. Maintain Weekly Status Report for Resources working at client location.

i. Tracking laptop hardening and reporting status to client on regular basis.

3. Follow client processes and documentation for project execution.

4. Maintenance of Project implementation documents.

5. Training and mentoring to various resources.

6. Maintenance of timesheet of the resources and monthly RUS / invoice preparation.

7. Participate in contract preparation and renewal activities with Supervisors, sales, legal, finance, Invoice, support team roaster.

8. Tracking and reporting of resources, Metrics, KPI's, SLA data, its analysis and trends for projects.

9. Following organizational QMS process for project management activities and compliance.

10. Project tracking and reporting of KPI/metrics and improvements.

11. Capture lessons learnt and best practices from various projects and project closure activities.

12. Providing training to team on various processes"
