Cashfree Payments seeks a Associate Manager - Technical Sales executive to navigate customers through their payment solutions journey, ensuring success with our innovative products.


Who Will You Work With?

You'll join our product team and work directly with product leadership, solving problems, developing payment solutions, and bridging customer-product team communications.


Role Responsibilities

  • Build a deep understanding of the Cashfree product suite and technology and develop engaging product presentations, prototypes, white papers etc for internal and external audiences.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, actively identifying and driving new customer opportunities that align with their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering functions, providing competitive intelligence and requirements to drive product enhancements
  • Lead seamless customer onboarding and integrations; provide support via calls, emails, and chats.
  • Engage in collaborative problem-solving and strategic discussions with sales teams to prepare for upcoming client meetings and during the initial days of the customer onboarding journey.
  • You will show hustle, take ownership and help foster a high-energy, high-performance culture.


Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology with 5-7 years of experience.
  • Strong Technical acumen with ability to put together prototypes and demos. Preferred: Strong Scripting skills with any scripting languages (Python, Bash Shell etc)
  • Prior experience in working with Sales teams to acquire Enterprise and startup clients is must
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with varied stakeholders and customers.
