We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Executive to join our team and help us maintain our standards of excellence.


Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily production operations to ensure targets and deadlines are met.

- Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and budgets.

- Monitor production costs and discuss changes with the management team to ensure cost efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company regulations.

- Supervise a team of production personnel to meet production targets.

- Conduct performance reviews and provide employees with feedback to help them improve and meet targets.

- Ensure proper utilization of resources to maximize productivity.

- Evaluate equipment and machinery performance and take action to address any issues.

- Maintain accurate records and documents related to production.

- Participate in regular meetings with the management team to review progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, or a related field.

- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a CDP or Sous chef in a cruise line or banqueting setup will be preferred.

- Strong knowledge of food production processes and quality control standards.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.

- Ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels and work in a multicultural environment.
