We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team and ensure the smooth operation of daily office activities. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, this role demands excellent organizational and communication skills. Fluency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi is essential for this position. 

 

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet visitors and clients warmly, creating a positive and professional first impression. 

• Manage team calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. 

• Organize and maintain filing systems to ensure efficient document management. 

• Support the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientations and providing training on office procedures. 

• Collaborate with team members to enhance office operations and communication. 

• Handle customer complaints effectively and maintain a complaint log for tracking purposes. 

• Oversee front office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. 

• Provide administrative support as directed by management. 

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field. 

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role. 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Malayalam, and Hindi. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. 

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
