The Transport Manager will oversee maintenance of vehicles & excavators , daily transportation operations, manage a fleet of vehicles, supervise drivers, and ensure timely delivery of materials to clients. Responsibilities include route planning, scheduling, optimizing operations, maintaining vehicle compliance, and coordinating with customers to address their requirements effectively.He will also be responsible for upkeep maintenance of fleet of 7 excavatorsQualificationsProficiency in Operations , maintenance Management and Transportation managementHands own experience in maintenance of heavy machinery including excavators, JCBs and loadersExperience in Fleet Management, including vehicle scheduling and compliance monitoringProven leadership and team management capabilitiesAbility to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasksBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Management, or a relevant field is preferredFamiliarity with software tools for fleet and logistics management is a plusEducation:Degree/diploma in automobile Mechanical EngineeringSalary: 4.8-6 LPA Per annum
