Job Title: Senior Automation SpecialistThe company is a leading financial services firm seeking a highly skilled automation expert to configure and optimize their operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Zoho CRM configuration, advanced Deluge scripting skills, and the ability to build and deploy complex workflows.Key Responsibilities:Configure and optimize Zoho CRM modules, layouts, fields, views, roles, and permissions to streamline business processesDesign and implement Zoho Forms and connect them seamlessly to CRM workflows to enhance data accuracyCreate and maintain email automations using Deluge scripts to automate repetitive tasksDevelop and manage workflows, blueprints, and validation rules inside Zoho CRM to ensure data consistencyBuild and monitor integrations using Zoho Flow, APIs, and webhooks to improve system efficiencyTroubleshoot system issues, automation failures, and data sync problems to minimize downtimeImprove and document system processes to support scale and team adoptionProactively recommend automation opportunities that reduce manual work and improve data accuracyRequirements:3+ years of hands-on experience with Zoho CRM configuration and administrationAdvanced Deluge scripting experience, especially for email and workflow automationProven ability to build and deploy Zoho Forms and sync with CRMSolid working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and Zoho FlowExperience with Zoho Creator is a major plusStrong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail in system logic and data structureClear communicator who can translate requirements into working automationsSelf-directed and able to deliver independently in a fast-moving environment
