Designation: Student Success Manager- Institutional Sales/ Admissions Manager


Roles & Responsibilities


  • To counsel students and parents on the digital marketing courses offered by MCTA and create interest for the courses thus converting maximum enquiries to admissions
  • To generate daily walk-ins to the center
  • Being responsible for phone counselling to prospective candidates
  • To assist sales team in conducting seminars/events in colleges
  • To meet monthly and quarterly admission targets
  • Handle walk-in enquiries and provide them with course details
  • Schedule maximum demo lectures and center visits and convert potential prospects into admissions
  • Ensure timely collections of fees as per fee schedule from Students
  •  Generate references from existing students


Skills Required

 

  • Relevant sales experience working in the Education Sector
  • Self-motivator & Drive to work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication, presentation and persuasion skills. Enthusiastic and positive attitude.

 


KPIs:

· 50-60 connected calls daily

· Minimum 2 visits per day

· Meet weekly and monthly admissions targets

· Generate referral sales as per targets

· Reactivate old/lost applications to ensure batch targets are met

· Improve and maintain sales conversion rates
