Job Title: Growth Operations Manager.A dynamic and data-driven growth operations manager is required to join our lean and agile growth team. This is a critical role for an ambitious individual with 0-2 years of experience who is passionate about identifying and scaling new opportunities in the US market.The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving user acquisition by optimizing existing channels, aggressively exploring new growth vectors, and driving rapid experimentation. They will also be responsible for analyzing data to uncover growth opportunities and bottlenecks, and making recommendations to scale or drop channels based on data.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and test new user acquisition channels.Run pilot programs with defined metrics.Audit and improve PPC, SEO, Social, and Affiliate funnels.Drive ongoing CRO for landing pages and key flows.Maintain a prioritized A/B testing pipeline across channels and funnels.Execute experiments using testing tools.Document hypotheses, results, and insights.To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a relentless desire to test and learn.
