Role & Responsibilities:
-Drive the learning & development programs for the field force including Managers and Medical Representatives.
-Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify learning priorities and develop targeted learning interventions for the sales teams.
-Design and deliver engaging and impactful learning experiences, including instructor-led
training, virtual sessions, e-learning modules, and experiential learning activities. Effectively
conduct functional and behavioural learning sessions for line managers.
-Awareness/experience of conducting competency based AC/DC for managers desirable.
-Partner with subject matter experts to develop high-quality training materials, resources, and
tools that meet the diverse learning needs of our employees.
-Implement robust evaluation methodologies, such as surveys, assessments, and focus groups, to gather feedback and insights from learners and stakeholders.
-Use data and analytics to track progress against learning goals, identify trends and patterns, and make data-driven decisions to optimize learning programs and resources.
-Collaborate with the leadership and key stakeholders to understand business priorities, talent
needs, and performance gaps, and translate them into actionable learning initiatives.
-Manage and mentor a high-performing team of learning professionals, providing guidance,
support, and development opportunities to foster their growth and career advancement.
-Utilize various digital learning platforms to address the business needs.
-Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in learning and
development to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualification, Experience and Skill Sets:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Science / Pharmacy/ Human Resources or related field; Master’s degree
essential.
-Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of success in designing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs.
-Past experience of sales at managerial level desirable.
-Good knowledge of L&D principles like, adult learning, simulations, training ROI etc.
-Sound knowledge of business strategies and business goals to align the training programs.
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
-Strategic thinker with a result-oriented mind-set and a passion for driving organizational growth and performance through learning and development initiatives.
