Job Description:Senior Quality ManagerTotal work experience: +18 years of experience in quality assurance and control of civil infrastructure or building projects.Establish and lead the quality culture and strategy, developing programs and processes for large-scale projects.Develop and implement project quality plans, prepare field quality plans and inspection test plans to ensure compliance with standards.Conduct thorough quality checks on finishing work including masonry, plastering, tiles fixing, waterproofing, door/window installation, and structural glazing.Familiar with standard civil engineering practices and methods of measurement.About this Role:We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and leading the quality culture and strategy for our medium to large-scale projects.Your Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage quality teams to ensure delivery of high-quality projects.Develop and implement quality management systems to meet client requirements.Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify quality risks and opportunities.Monitor and report on quality performance, identifying areas for improvement.What You'll Need:Minimum 18 years of experience in quality assurance and control.Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits:This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to make a real impact on our organization's success.
