The role requires a proactive, organized and communicative professional who can manage recruitment, employee relations, office operations, compliance and strategic human resources initiatives while ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interviews and onboarding to attract top talent.Develop and manage Key Performance Areas (KPAs) for Human Resources staff to align with business objectives.Conduct induction programs and orientation sessions for new joiners and interns to foster a positive work culture.Handle employee relations, grievance redressal and performance appraisal coordination to ensure a fair and transparent work environment.Maintain HR records, employee databases and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information to uphold trust and integrity.Coordinate with external recruitment partners and law colleges for internship and placement programs to expand the network.Administrative OversightEnsure smooth functioning of daily office operations including inventory, supplies and vendor management to maintain efficiency.Supervise front desk and support staff across multiple locations to promote teamwork and collaboration.Manage travel arrangements, meeting logistics and internal event coordination to enhance productivity.Oversee office infrastructure, maintenance and compliance with safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.Compliance and GovernanceEnsure adherence to labour laws, regulatory requirements and internal policies to minimize risk and maximize compliance.Maintain documentation for audits, legal submissions and internal reviews to demonstrate transparency and accountability.Support financial documentation and budget tracking for Human Resources functions to facilitate informed decision-making.Strategic Human Resources InitiativesCollaborate with senior leadership on organizational development and workforce planning to drive business success.Drive employer branding and employee engagement activities to enhance the company's reputation and attract top talent.Implement HR analytics and reporting tools to support data-driven decision making and drive business outcomes.
