SATS Ltd is one of the world’s largest air cargo handlers and Asia’s premier caterer serving airlines, hospitality and institutional customers.
Gateway Services
SATS/WFS offers a comprehensive range of airfreight handling, ground handling, and aviation security services. Our airfreight handling includes general cargo, perishable cargo, dangerous goods, mail, and e-commerce shipments. Our ground handling services include passenger and apron services, such as ramp handling, baggage handling, passenger check-in and onboarding, and aircraft interior cleaning. With the combined SATS/WFS network, the group now operates at many of the world‘s busiest airports and the largest air cargo hubs.
Food Solutions
SATS‘ Food Solutions business comprises airline catering, food distribution and logistics, industrial catering as well as chilled and frozen food manufacturing, besides linen and laundry services. With the support of a large network of partners, our food solutions business has extended its reach throughout the Asia Pacific and besides the aviation sector to industries such as healthcare, hospitality and government agencies.
SATS in India
Providing ready-to-eat food through the SATS Food Solutions India facility and cargo and ground handling expertise with WFS Bengaluru and JV companies TajSATS, AISATS, and Mumbai Cargo Service Centre India.

The Role
The Executive Assistant job role would consist of developing and providing a comprehensive organizational, operational, and strategic support service to the CEO of SATS Food Solutions India (SFSI). The incumbent would be exposed to an accelerated learning curve wherein there would be an opportunity to work across multiple functions and have an extremely high level of visibility across the organization as well as in the executive committee.

Key Responsibilities
He/she will provide support and assistance to the CEO of SATS Food Solutions India (SFSI) in developing, implementing, and monitoring new business strategies / initiatives for the organization.
The role holder will work with defined set of functions and businesses and assist them in developing annual Planning and Budgeting process. He/she will work to ensure that the feedback from the CEO is incorporated by coordination and follow through.
The incumbent will work with the functions to define, coordinate, and conduct discussion on dashboards and MIS, as part of the preparation of monthly executive committee meetings and functional reviews.
In addition to these activities, the role holder would also be responsible for tracking of Business Growth and Transformation initiatives for each function and businesses.
Special Projects - There would be certain critical time-bound projects assigned to the role holder, as and when the need arises.
Ensure effective and timely communication with all business stakeholders in BUs/functions
Work involves handling sensitive issues and confidential information requiring discretion on the employee‘s part.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
5-7 years of proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
Postgraduate in business or finance from reputed institute.
Expert with MS Office suite.
Ability to organise daily workload by priorities.
Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
Proven ability to effectively partner/ influence/ lead to achieve business results.
