Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager at Navrang Group of Companies in Delhi, India. The role involves overseeing the planning, development, and execution of digital marketing strategies. Responsibilities include managing online campaigns, analyzing web traffic, and optimizing online content to drive engagement and conversions.



Qualifications


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing of ecommerce and digital mediums or related fields, with a demonstrated track record of driving results
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, search engines, and online advertising
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition and engagement
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects, leading and mentoring teams, and delivering results within tight deadlines and budgets
  • Experience in using digital marketing analytics to measure and report on campaign performance and provide insights for future optimizations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors
  • Experience in SEO and SEM, performance marketing, and/or content marketing is a plus
