Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will play a key role in shaping user experiences that are not only functional but also aesthetically delightful. If you're ready to dive into the fast-paced startup environment, push your creative boundaries, and bring concepts to life, we’d love to hear from you

Responsibilities:

  • Design user-centered interfaces that are visually stunning and intuitive.
  • Conduct user research and translate findings into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to define and implement innovative solutions.
  • Create and maintain design systems and ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Test and refine designs based on user feedback and analytics.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to keep our products ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (2-4 years) as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a startup or agile environment.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, illustrator, Sketch, or similar.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative problem-solving and user-centered design.
  • Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively with the team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions.
  • A growth mindset, openness to feedback, and a passion for continuous learning.
