Job Title: Finance Leader - Record to Report (RTR) & Accounting

Location: Bangalore (Whitefield)

Experience Required: Minimum 17 years in Finance & Accounting roles, including at least 10 years in leadership roles managing large, global teams

Our Team:

The Record to Report (RTR) and Accounting team partners closely with diverse business units and stakeholders to support their Finance & Accounting needs. This role is pivotal in managing financial activities, ensuring compliance and accuracy, and providing strategic financial direction to senior management.


  • Service Delivery Leadership:
  • Lead Finance & Accounting (RTR) service delivery across multiple, diverse business segments.
  • Instill a best-in-class service mindset within the team and drive performance excellence among the next line of leaders.
  • Team Management and Development:
  • Supervise and mentor accounting supervisors and frontline managers, providing ongoing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
  • Retain top talent and oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and development to maintain a strong team of finance professionals.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to senior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Financial Oversight and Compliance:
  • Oversee the preparation, review, and accuracy of financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business and finance controllers, with a keen awareness of risk exposures and mitigation strategies.
  • Collaboration and Cross-Functional Partnerships:
  • Work closely with Financial Product Teams, Technology Teams, and Internal Financial Control teams to ensure financial strategies and systems are aligned.
  • Build strong working relationships across product, data, analytics, and other enabling functions to align technology and process roadmaps.
  • Transformation and Innovation:
  • Foster an environment for transformation, encouraging innovative solutions and "outside-in" perspectives to streamline processes.
  • Champion continuous improvement by introducing new methods for problem-solving and driving efficiencies across the RTR function.
  • Stay current with industry trends and the evolving technology landscape to anticipate and prepare for changes in the finance function.


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA or CPA qualification required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years in Finance & Accounting, with increasing responsibilities and at least 10 years managing large, global teams.
  • Transformation Experience: Demonstrated experience in leading transformation initiatives within a finance organization.
