Roles & Responsibilities:
Advising the Assurance team and partners PAN India on complex Assurance matters etc.
Analysis of new developments in professional standards, regulatory and legal requirements and guiding the Assurance teams
Conducting Periodic inspection of engagements to ensure quality control is operating efficiently.
Drafting and implementation of various policies and procedures to ensure compliance with requirements of Professional standards and regulatory and legal requirements.
Ensuring the audit team complies with policies and procedures
Assisting the Firm in their initiatives to improve Assurance quality and enhance the Assurance function.
Maintaining the Library (Knowledge Bank) and circulation of updates to Assurance teams
Preparing internal notes for circulation.
Providing Staff training to Assurance Team
Monitoring the implementation of ISQC1/ISQM1 and ISQM2
Conducting reviews of financial statements
Conducting Periodic inspection of engagements to ensure quality control is operating efficiently
Providing Technical support on Assurance tool used by the firm
Education:
Qualified CA
Experience:
5+ Years of post qualification experience into Assurance domain
