About our Piano Academy:We are a dedicated team of music educators offering high-quality online piano lessons for students of all ages and skill levels. Our goal is to provide a supportive and inspiring learning environment where individuals can develop their musical talents.Job Requirement:We seek an experienced and passionate western classical piano teacher to join our team on a long-term basis, conducting one-on-one classes via online platforms.Key Skills and QualificationsA Grade 8 certificate in Piano Performance from a recognised Western classical music board such as Trinity College London, ABRSM, LCME or equivalent qualification.Candidates with Grades 6 or 7 in Piano and pursuing Grade 8 may apply but must have prior experience in teaching children aged 6 and above.A strong foundation in music theory is essential.Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.Teaching ExpectationsAbility to commit 10 hours of teaching per week spread out across various time slots.Available Time Slots:Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM – 9:00 AM IST.Prior online teaching experience will be an advantage.Must be professional, conscientious and detail-oriented.Willingness to follow our structured curriculum and teaching methodology.A minimum commitment of 1.5 to 2 years is required.Technical Requirements:A stable, high-speed broadband connection suitable for uninterrupted Zoom calls.A noise and distraction free teaching environment.A desktop computer or laptop with good quality mic and camera (mobile devices or tablets are not sufficient).Access to an 88-key digital or acoustic piano.Benefits:Approximate monthly salary range INR 25,000-30,000 for a commitment of 10 teaching hours per week.Performance based benefits additional.
