Role Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Software Tester (Manual / Automation) to join our growing tech team. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our AI-based software products. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, the ability to think from an end-user’s perspective, and a passion for delivering high-quality software. 🛠 Key Responsibilities Create test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for web, mobile, and API-based applications Perform manual testing, including functional, regression, integration, UI/UX, and compatibility testing Execute automation scripts using tools like Selenium, Playwright, Postman, JMeter (added advantage) Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira, Trello, or similar platforms Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to resolve issues Conduct API testing using Postman or Swagger Ensure product quality throughout development and release cycles Provide clear testing reports for each release Participate in sprint planning and review meetings (Agile/Scrum)🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field1–4 years of experience in software testing Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC Hands-on experience in manual testing Knowledge of Selenium / Playwright / Cypress (bonus) Experience with SQL for basic data validation Familiarity with API tools like Postman Strong problem-solving and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to think critically ✨ Good to Have (Not Mandatory) Experience with performance testing (JMeter) Basic knowledge of Python/Java for automation Knowledge of Git/GitHub Understanding of AI-based systems or video analytics (extra advantage)💼 Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity to work with AI-driven products Friendly and collaborative work environment Growth opportunities within the company
