We believe education drives careers, lives, and society forward, enabling a brighter future for all.We have 30 institutions offering industry-relevant skills through inclusive, accessible, and digital-first learning.Our global network educates around 122,000 students on campuses worldwide and has unique subscribers to our courses.The Compliance Coordinator will support our expanding team and growth by providing legal and administrative assistance to the Executive team.This role would suit a professional who has experience in a professional environment and wants to develop and grow in a start-up setting.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support: Drafting routine correspondence, managing files, handling phone calls, emails, and other communications.Legal Research: Conducting research, gathering relevant information, assisting with preparation of arguments, motions, and briefs.Document Preparation: Preparing and formatting contracts, pleadings, affidavits, ensuring documents comply with regulations.Client Interaction: Communicating with clients, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, client intake, and database maintenance.Billing and Record-Keeping: Assisting with billing processes, maintaining records, tracking billable hours and expenses.RequirementsA degree with a specialization in Corporate Law.More than 4 years of work experience in corporates.Drafting contracts and agreements experience.Exposure to International Law.Keen to learn and progress in your career.Passionate about working in a start-up.Able to think on your feet, proactive, independent, and part of a team.An outstanding communicator.Comfortable liaising with individuals at all levels.Able to respond to stakeholders and time-sensitive queries.Able to produce documents and reports.Multitasking, effective workload prioritization, organization, attention to detail.Strong IT literacy, proficient in MS Office.Able to work in multiple concurrent projects.Trustworthy, discreet, integrity, confidentiality.Critical thinking and sound decision-making.Able to work as part of a diverse team.BenefitsPlease note this position is only available on our Consultancy Agreement.We are an equal opportunities employer and positively encourage applications from suitable candidates.
