About the Job OpportunityWe are looking for a seasoned Oracle expert with hands-on experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM Cloud) to join our team.The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of OTM functional flows, SQL skills, and experience working in Agile/DevOps environments.Key Responsibilities:Deliver High-Quality Solutions: Develop and implement OTM Cloud solutions that meet business needs.Conduct Workshops & Analysis: Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, CRP sessions, and solution demonstrations to ensure alignment with business objectives.Manage Configuration Activities: Manage configuration activities, validate functional scenarios, and ensure solution compliance with OTM best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field.8+ years of total experience.Strong hands-on configuration experience in OTM.Experience with global/regional implementations.SQL skills at an advanced level.Working knowledge of API and data flows.Other Requirements:Minimum 3 full-cycle OTM Cloud implementations.Exposure to Agile methodology and DevOps practices.We offer a remote work opportunity with a flexible notice period.
