  • Lead the strategic design and development of highly scalable backend systems in Python.
  • Collaborate proactively to define requirements, establish robust system architecture, and ensure efficient code implementation.
  • Uphold and advance technology solutions, setting and elevating company architectural standards.
  • Mentor cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance for seamless platform service integration.
  • Foster innovative collaboration with frontend developers, ensuring a smooth backend-frontend integration.
  • Proactively identify and resolve complex technical issues, showcasing a hands-on problem-solving approach.
  • Drive the creation and upkeep of comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Innovate and implement high-quality software solutions, setting a standard for excellence.
  • Lead collaborative efforts, offering technical expertise, strategic insights, and conducting thorough code reviews.
  • Ensure software systems align with evolving business needs, leveraging holistic understanding and strategic insights.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong full-stack development skills in Python, including expertise in frameworks like Django (Expert).
  • Experience with microservice architecture, end-to-end UI/API integration, and knowledge of API protocols like REST, gRPC, and GraphQL (Expert).
  • Knowledge of caching technologies and DBMS technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and database schema design (Expert).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills (Advanced).
  • Proficient in drafting coding practices and designing highly scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions (Advanced).
  • Experience in building large-scale platforms handling real-time complex transactions and troubleshooting distributed systems (Advanced).
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) (Advanced).
  • Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and security best practices (Intermediate).
