As a Health and Safety Training Professional, you will be responsible for delivering training sessions at client locations. Your expertise in processing industry and trainer competencies will be valuable assets.Key Responsibilities:You should have sound experience with processing industry and trainer competencies.You will be stationed at one manufacturing plant for a minimum duration of 12 months.Good communication and mentoring skills are required to ensure effective training delivery.You should have sufficient exposure to health & safety trainings in the form of delivering versatile topics which benefits processing / manufacturing plants.Willingness to shift to client location for a period of minimum 12 months is essential.Work experience with processing industry / manufacturing plants is necessary.Experience in training management staff till contractor level participants is desirable.Domain subject matter expertise to provide effective solutions is required.Good track records with participants and stakeholder feedbacks are necessary.Requirements:Minimum 10 years experience as Trainer with Health & Safety Domain is required.Preferably engineering graduates or Science degree holders are necessary.Professional qualifications from International and Domestic boards are required.Qualifications on key critical activities of Health and Safety such as Confined Space, HIRA, Work at Height and others are necessary.Language proficiency with Hindi and other regional languages is required.This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, utilizing your expertise to make a positive impact on the organization.
