The trader will use GoQuant's research pipelines, execution engines, and low-latency technology to maximize profit while managing risk.This role is ideal for self-directed traders with a profitable track record looking to amplify their edge with advanced infrastructure and capital backing.ResponsibilitiesActively trade cryptocurrencies and/or digital assets in real-timeDevelop, deploy, monitor, and refine discretionary and systematic strategiesManage risk exposure within firm-wide limits and regulatory frameworksKeep detailed records of trades, strategies, and market conditionsShare insights and collaborate with quant researchers and engineersStay current with macroeconomic events, order flow dynamics, and market microstructure developmentsContribute to a culture of rigorous research and collaborative learningRequirementsSelf-motivated and disciplined individual with a strong understanding of financial marketsFamiliarity with trading software and platformsExperience with Python and/or C++ programming languagesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAble to work effectively in a team environment
