HR Director

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our plant's end-to-end human resources operations.This role involves overseeing manpower planning, recruitment and onboarding for all plant positions, ensuring timely performance appraisals, promotions and employee development activities.The ideal candidate will have years of core experience in plant HR, preferably in chemical manufacturing. An MBA or MSW degree is required.Responsibilities include:Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and systems aligned with corporate HRMaintaining cordial relations with workers and government authoritiesIdentifying skill gaps and implementing technical and behavioral training programsDriving employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivityOverseeing welfare facilities such as canteen, transport, safety, medical and housingConducting regular employee communication meetings and feedback sessionsMaintaining HR metrics including attrition, absenteeism, manpower cost and productivityPreparing monthly HR dashboards and reports
