Industry: IT / Government Projects / Utilities / Smart City / Public SectorWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with hands-on experience in government projects or the utility domain (electricity, water, gas, smart city, etc.). The candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, stakeholder communication, documentation, and ensuring successful implementation of IT solutions for large-scale public sector engagements.Key Responsibilities:Engage with government or utility stakeholders to gather business requirementsConduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessmentsPrepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and User StoriesCoordinate with technical teams and ensure solution delivery aligns with business needsSupport UAT, change management, and project rollout phasesConduct stakeholder workshops, training, and end-user documentationTrack project progress, risks, and dependencies in collaboration with project managersRequirements:1– 3 years of experience as a Business AnalystProven track record in government, PSU, or utility-sector IT projectsStrong understanding of public sector workflows, tender/RFP processes, and complianceExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work in cross-functional, on-site/offshore teams
