Founded in 2009 and headquartered in Bangalore, MoveInSync optimises daily corporate commutes through innovative, safe, and sustainable mobility solutions across its product suite, MoveInSync ION and WorkInSync.Job Summary:The Strategy Analyst supports the organization’s strategic planning and decision-making processes by conducting research, analyzing data, evaluating market trends, and generating actionable insights. This role works cross-functionally to identify growth opportunities, assess business performance, and assist in developing long-term strategic initiatives that align with the company’s goals.Key Responsibilities:● Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to support strategic initiatives.● Analyze financial data, KPIs, and business performance metrics to evaluate opportunities, risks, and improvement areas.● Assist in developing strategic plans, business models, and investment cases for new markets, products, or partnerships.● Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for senior leadership and key stakeholders.● Support M&A (mergers and acquisitions) analysis, due diligence, and post-integration tracking (if applicable).● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, marketing, etc.) to ensure alignment on key strategic objectives.● Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies that could impact the company’s strategic direction.● Help track progress against strategic goals and recommend adjustments as needed.Qualifications & Requirements:● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field (MBA preferred).● Experience: 2–5 years of experience in strategy, management consulting , Founder Office , Business Analyst● Project Management Experience● Experience in Big 4 is a Plus ● Technical Skills:○ Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).○ Experience with financial modeling, market analysis, and scenario planning.○ Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools is a plus.● Soft Skills:○ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.○ Strong written and verbal communication skills.○ High attention to detail and accuracy.○ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):● Quality and accuracy of strategic analysis and recommendations.● Timeliness and clarity of reports and presentations.● Contribution to successful strategic initiatives and business outcomes.● Stakeholder satisfaction and cross-functional collaboration effectiveness.
