Main Purpose:Provide trader support for physical bunkering operations, including scheduling and operation of the TFG bunker fleet and contract execution.Coordination of all aspects of the post-deal trading activity to ensure contract execution runs smoothly, including communications with TFG suppliers, port agents, inspectors, customs and Client management.Daily stock progression analysis and blending of Marine Fuel grades to meet contract specifications and optimization of storage assets to create value for TFG.Keep all concerned stakeholders updated with the latest operational data.Liaise with key internal TFG departments to confirm alignment on supply requirements.Maintain company systems in line with company policy, best estimates and actualized dataKnowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:Key ResponsibilitiesEnd to end coordination of the bunker schedule program (purchase & sales) and its executionWorking with internal and external counterparties for managing ongoing operations, including pre and post bunker delivery activitiesUndertake voyage planning to meet international regulation and respond to vessel issueMonitor vessels performance during all voyages i.e. speed and consumption, tank cleaning optimizationKeep systems updated at all times with accurate dataVerifying supporting documents against data entry in respective systems, and raising any query to relevant department in case of inconsistent dataManaging KYC administrationWorking on clearances of vessels for planned operations, ensuring that at all times TFG is compliant with local custom regulationsRegularly update other team members of the planned schedule, focusing on diversions from schedulesManage quality and quantity requirementsFollow strictly internal procedures and company's policies.
