Solar Support SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented specialist to provide online telephonic support to customers in the Australian market.You will be working closely with our customers to resolve technical queries and provide timely updates on customer complaints via ticketing tools or other systems. To succeed in this role, you must have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a good knowledge of electrical and electronic or power electronics, solar inverters product.A successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics-Telecommunication or a related field and a strong understanding of power electronics, solar inverters, PV module fundamentals, and solar power plants.We prefer candidates who have experience handling solar string inverters and are from Navi Mumbai, Thane, Kalyan, or Dombivali. If you can start within 15 days, that would be an added advantage.In this role, you will conduct periodic product training for customers and in-house engineers. Your professional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently make you an ideal fit for this position.
