Job Title:Senior Software Quality Assurance ManagerCompany OverviewWe're a leading web and mobile platform for playing backgammon, with a community of 150,000+ players worldwide.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the QA team in defining quality standards and best practicesDevelop and implement test automation strategies for regression and performance testingEstablish and maintain QA processes across Web (React), Mobile (Flutter), Backend (Elixir/NodeJS), and Infrastructure (Kubernetes)Collaborate with product and development teams to integrate quality into every stage of developmentDrive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and processesManage test environments and coordinate testing activities across platformsCreate and maintain detailed test documentation and reportingMentor junior QA engineers and help grow the QA functionRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in QA, with at least 2 years in a leadership roleHands-on experience with automation tools: Playwright, Selenium, BrowserStackStrong programming skills in Python and TypeScriptExperience testing Web (React), Mobile (Flutter), and Backend (Elixir/NodeJS)Performance testing experience (JMeter, K6, or similar)Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, API testing, and database testingExcellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyExperience working in startups and remote teamsWhat We OfferFully remote work environmentAsynchronous culture with minimal meetingsFlexible schedule with own calendarGrowth opportunities to shape QA from the ground upImpact on a platform with 150,000+ users
