Job OverviewWe seek a seasoned professional with exceptional networking skills to serve as our trusted representative across various government, police, and judicial circles.This role demands strong existing connections, practical expertise, and the ability to navigate complex systems efficiently.The successful candidate will engage in regular interaction with senior officials to facilitate permissions, resolve escalations, and represent our interests in sensitive matters.Key Responsibilities:Establish and maintain relationships with senior officials across various departments.Coordinate with MLAs, MPs, and political offices to promote institutional initiatives.Develop and maintain communication channels with Deputy Commissioners, ACPs, Collectors, and Zonal officers to facilitate project execution.Support in organizing meetings, press interactions, or public events.Monitor and track government correspondence and file movement.Anticipate potential bottlenecks and plan interventions.Manage and document government interactions.Government Liaisoning CoordinationMaintain working ties with judicial administration and law enforcement authorities.Coordinate with law firms, advocates, and government legal departments.Follow up with courts and local authorities for updates or clearances.Ensure all activities align with applicable legal frameworks.Prepare briefing notes and background materials for legal matters.Institutional Business LiaisoningRepresent our organization in government licenses, permissions, and approvals.Engage with public sector undertakings, corporate affairs departments, and industry associations.Coordinate with vendors, regulatory bodies, and corporate partners.Facilitate high-level business meetings.Track and follow up on tenders, government projects, or CSR-linked opportunities.Social Community EngagementsSupport philanthropic and community initiatives by connecting with NGOs and local administrators.Liaise for approvals, event permissions, and resource coordination.Manage sensitive assignments involving multiple stakeholders.Build goodwill across political parties and community groups.Strategic Communication Influence BuildingAct as a bridge between ecosystems, representing us with professionalism and integrity.Monitor government policy developments and political trends.Cultivate relationships with key influencers, bureaucrats, and opinion leaders.Represent us in social and public forums.Ideal Candidate Profile:Experience: 10-25 years in government liaisoning, police administration, or public affairs.Network: Strong relationships within the Mumbai Police, Judiciary offices, Mantralaya departments, and local/state political circles.Proven track record of handling high-stakes situations with discretion and reliability.Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English with strong communication and negotiation skills.Background in Law, Political Science, or Public Administration preferred.
