Job OpportunityThis is a fully remote position for an experienced professional to join our team.Negotiate complex enterprise agreements and serve as the go-to advisor on privacy, AI, and IP issues across multiple jurisdictions (US, UK, EMEA, APAC).Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, vendor and partnership agreements, NDAs, teaming arrangements, etc.Partner with Sales, Finance, and Implementation teams to accelerate revenue while protecting company interests.Counsel internal teams on privacy, cybersecurity, AI, and intellectual property issues across multiple jurisdictions.Translate complex legal positions into clear, actionable guidance for non-lawyers.Track legal trends in tech, AI, and data regulation; brief leadership on emerging risk areas.Develop scalable processes – create templates, playbooks, and deal trackers that streamline operations.About the RoleThe ideal candidate has experience in US commercial contracting, confident negotiation skills, and adeptness at privacy and IP counseling.
